For a unique and memorable dining experience, Hibiscus Restaurant and Caterers at the Morristown Inn offers popular American fare and an eclectic blend of authentic dishes from the Caribbean.

Chef/Owner Orville Brandon’s career highlights more than 20 years of culinary experience. Along with familiar entrees such as NY Sirloin and whole Red Snapper, Chef Brandon offers his signature selections like the Hibiscus Salad, Jamaican Coconut Shrimp, Jerk Chicken and Rasta Pasta. A delicious array of desserts from the Jamaican Rum Bread Pudding to the homemade Apple Crisp served with Rum Raisin Ice Cream will satisfy anyone’s sweet tooth.

In addition to the ala carte menu, a delightful dinner buffet is available Monday through Thursday from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm featuring an outstanding assortment of fresh, one of a kind dishes served in a comfortable, Caribbean inspired ambiance.

Hibiscus offers full banquet facilities and catering for any event including rehearsal dinners, showers, birthdays and anniversary parties.
